MobilityWorks offers consultancy, implementation and management support in IT, Telecommunications and Videoconferencing. The areas of expertise are in the range of development of new products and services, procurement support, contract negotiation, implementation, telecom expense management, service management and training.
The transition from traditional communications to universal communications requires a proper department and possibly cross-border approach which has big impact on internal business processes, but also on the supplier processes. Knowledge of technology alone is not sufficient to optimize anymore.
