The areas of expertise are in the range of development of new products and services, procurement support, contract negotiation, implementation, telecom expense management, service management and training.
The transition from traditional communications to universal communications requires a proper department and possibly cross-border approach which has big impact on internal business processes, but also on the supplier processes. Knowledge of technology alone is not sufficient to optimize anymore.

As a senior expert advisor Bart combines over 22 years of extensive technical knowledge and experience in the areas of telecommunications, videoconferencing, unified communications, internet and information technology combined with a business administration and commercial background.
He advises organizations for deployability of ICT services for internal use and as well as for maximizing external impact.
His deep knowledge of service implementations from A to Z with a close eye on user adoption does have a positive influence and acceptance of ICT as a service. His international clients do benefit from this strategic lead which also has a positive impact on the company results.
More than 15 years, next to his work, he actively contributed to the mobile and IT community. For his efforts he has received, for five consecutive years, the prestigious Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award.
